She escaped out of her cell, then she hopped onto a Land Rover right in front of her to drive to where Alex was(somewhere in the Scorpia prison), which Scorpia had actually wanted to. Razim wants to see the greatest emotional pain, where Alex sees Jack die in the closed circuit Camera. How Jack died was because the Land Rover she was driving contained a huge bomb that can be exploded by Scorpia. When Alex was tied up, Grief or Razim, I don't remember, exploded the bomb that was attached to the Land Rover. That is how Jack Starbright died. R.I.P Jack Starbright.
