Can't we market Edgar Allan Poe in a better way than "MAD TORMENTED ARTIST GENIUS ICON" (as the ad for this book said)? I know I'm tired of the 'mad genius' story that gets hyped up about artists and romanticizes their very human struggles. How could we build empathy to help support our GENIUS ICONS?
