Megan asked this question about Tower of Dawn (Throne of Glass, #6):
I feel like I'm the only one who hates chaol? He's been my least favorite character from the start. Loyal beyond being able to think for yourself, prejudice against all those different than himself, mean, stubborn, and the exact kind of person I dislike. And now because of him I have to wait another year for the ending of this series. Wonderful.

Like the fact that he knew how to free magic and was trying to hide it from everyone who would free it. His prejudice made him too stupid and blind to realize it was the only way to defeat the king. smh and the way he acted towards Aelin simply because he couldn't make her his little simple wife instead of the queen and warrior she was meant to be. I loved when Dorian called him out on trying to accept or love people in pieces and when he couldn't blame them for it. He's also a hypocrite he acts so self-righteous but really he hates magic because he's just jealous which is revealed when he says to Aelin that he doesn't want to tell her how to free magic because it makes it unfair between those with magic and those like him without. I could go on and on. He has so many of the characteristics I despise in people(less)
