When my son was young I took him to "Santa's Land" in Cherokee, NC. It was very Tim Burton-esque. There was a Rudi-coaster (as in Rudolph the reindeer) and concrete elves that looked like tacky lawn art all over the place. Between the slightly creepy atmosphere and being surrounded by Christmas in the middle of summer it definitely had an odd vibe!

I went to Wild Adventures in Valdosta GA. When I was a kid it was a much smaller park.. but over the years it has gotten bigger and bigger. It was actually the theme park they used to film the final scenes of Zombieland.
