Reading my book to kids and talking about what they learned with them. I read my book at an elementary school - all those kids wrote me thank you cards. They had drawn pictures and made comments on what they learned. Reading the cards brought tears to my eyes.... that day was the best feeling (as an author) I have had so far for sure.
