Scott Marlowe (Out of this World Reviews) Just voted. I sure hope this cold spell we're having in Dallas (and across a lot of the country) is not a sign of the winter to come. Last winter was bad enough.

Greg Strandberg I dunno, Storm Coming is the top pick :)

Derek Up here in Nova Scotia, the temperature has yet to get noticeably below freezing (a few nights, a couple of degrees). But that run's about to come to a crashing end... Storm Coming :)

Scott Marlowe (Out of this World Reviews) Geez...The irony of my vote for Storm Coming went completely over my head. Talk about a bad omen.

Geoffrey STOP! You're Jinxing the weather!

message 6: by Maggie (new)

Maggie K here in Minnesota the storm is already past.....lololol

Angélique (MapleBooks) I guess we have a very nice selection this month because all the books (but one) have almost the same number of votes. It's going to be painful to select just one of them! :)

It's a pretty good list - I'd be happy reading five out of six.

And it's only 36 in Seattle.

Andrew I just voted. The weather in Italy is not so cold, since a couple of days there is the sun, but in the past days there were a lot of storms and rain almost all over the country.

Michael It was only around 22 degrees here in Huntsville, AL this morning!

Looking over the choices, it came down to Dragon's Egg or The Three-Body Problem. Since I've read Dragon's Egg before, I picked Three-Body Problem. I see they are the one and two picks right now so I hope TBP takes the vote, but I won't complain much if I have to re-read DE either.

Geoffrey Every time I look at the poll, it's shifted slightly as far as which books are in the lead, but the votes are still evenly spread out. very nice.
