I found her more interesting, at that point in the story, than Daniel. I found almost everyone in the story more interesting than Daniel and Claudette. Those to navel-gazers bored me silly by the end.

Nie ma nic przyjemniejszego od zagłębienia się w ciekawą obyczajówkę, gdy cierpi się na thrillerowy przesyt. Najnowszej powieści Maggie O'Farrell udało się na chwilę odciągnąć moje myśli od historii kryminalnych, ale nie pochłonęła mnie ona na tyle, bym mogła jej przyznać najwyższą notę.
