Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Mark Twain, Johannes Brahms, George Gershwin, Albert Einstein, Bertrand Russell, Margaret Sanger… I was afraid you were going to tell me to ‘go to heaven’ and spend eternity with Jerry Falwell.” Mark Twain said the same thing better: “Heaven for climate; hell for society.”
