It’s my earnest hope that by the help of the Holy Spirit, what was birthed in me that morning at the construction site has been birthed in you—an insatiable hunger for the fear of the Lord. Treasure it and hold on to it as if it were your greatest asset. If you do, you’ll love what God loves and hate what He hates; what’s important to Him will become what’s important to you. You’ll deeply love people and deeply hate the sin that unmakes them. You’ll change your world of influence and be glad you did throughout eternity.
