“Does she have a name?” Roman asks, and I look up to find him and Rowan waiting with snacks and a drink. We discovered a love that defies all the monsters of the world, that dares them to try and rip us apart, to break our bond. We brought new life into a world that was full of darkness, and now as the sun rises I can’t help but think of all the light that is to follow, chasing away the dark, until it is all that is left. We have been released from our shackles and bound ourselves together, our hearts captured in a love so strong that it can never be broken.
