Chapter 5 Reflection: Okay so it is confirmed. Professor is Dad and Griffin is Brother. The conversation really felt like a high stakes sale. It only makes sense that Robin wants to think about joining Hermes. It would be very out of character for him to just join sporadically. The explanation on silver relating to colonialism made complete sense. I feel like all of this information was implied, but I appreciate that Kuang ensures the reader understands what is going on and is clear with intentions. For such a dense and in depth book, it really is easy to read and understand.
