Today marks the 38th anniversary of my dear friend Angela Mitchell’s disappearance. So many decades later, and there are still no leads on the case. Few members of the Chicago Police Department even remember Angela, and those that do are long retired and gave up hope long ago of discovering what really happened to her during the summer of 1979.
