“Is it because human males like to watch your mouth as you eat?”
“I should pick out your outfit today.” So much for that. “Oh yeah? Is it makeover montage time?”
As the first hints of alcohol hit his system and relaxed his muscles, he understood why some people enjoyed doing nothing. Nothing, if done with the right person, was like a balm for the soul.
“If I could only look at one thing as I lay dying, it’d be your face.”
No one would ever compare to Auzed. She was sure of it. He’d ruined her for all other men.
