Pg 95 Like dear everything holy... minior cutting is serious. Its not rwally minior at all actual it is self harm, something that usual starts small but can evole to other forms and or get worse and to just say eat your feelingsvis terrible. Nthatsbhow food addictiona and eds start. As for anxiety, like yeah therebis normal anxitey but what is described seems slightly abnormal at minimum and going to therapybto help develop coping skills to prevent worsening symptoms is a good thing. I have terrible anxiety. And while i did gi to theray at 8, mynmind statevwas to let no one know anything about me at all. So i never got really any help.so yeah, everything got worse fromnskin pickung tonhittin self with hammer to cutting. But because i could still function to a degree, ie average grades, never causeing trouble, etc, i was only found out with all the sever stuff till high school, when the scars stoped fading and just kept adding on. And still then I really didnt let antone know much about me. Over 2 years of nothing befire a change of therapist and longer still before I mentioned anything of true importance.
