Nothing lasts forever, and I could always start fresh somewhere else.

I could be whatever I wanted to be. What a sense of power for a fourteen-year-old girl.

But is there a world in which those who are blessed with more might build a larger table rather than building a higher fence?

The simple gifts of time, energy, and compassion can be life-changing for those on the receiving end.

All the good intentions in the world cannot replace positive action.

making it a point to keep looking forward instead of getting bogged down by how isolating this pandemic has been, and how unrelenting it is.

Naysayers that have made me stronger and always pushed me to keep climbing and wanting to achieve even more;
