I have plenty to work on as a leader but I can say a strength is being able to turn on a dime and pivot when required. I credit use of the 50/50 Rule for this, along with my willingness to quickly break from the past when needed. I don't get hung up in how things were or the pain of shifting—I just shift to pragmatism and possibility.
