why she’s being called little bird.” The guy smiled. “Cause she was wearing black feathers on her dress and was dancing with a bunch of rather large Crows. She looked like a little bird flying between them.”
He was the larger of the three with the long black hair that cascaded just passed his chest. “I am Helios. These are my brothers, Lynx,” he nodded to the man who had first asked me to dance, “and Seron.” He nodded to the second man I’d danced with that had the shoulder length black hair.
“How long do you plan to keep me?” Lynx chuckled darkly and he lifted a hand to brush his index finger lightly down the side of my cheek. His answer was only one word. “Forever.”
That fall would kill you, then where would we all be?”
this fiery, dark haired angel walked into our home and set fire to my soul like a thousand burning suns. She was the true daylight I craved. And I wouldn’t give her up now that I had her.
“I’ll do it tonight.” Before they could smile in relief though, I held up a finger and leveled them with the bitchiest stare I could possibly muster. “But I swear to god, if you fuckers let me die, my ghost will come back and haunt all your traitorous asses for the rest of eternity. Got it?”
“Got it, little bird.”
“You killed me,” I seethed in a voice much deeper than my own. His red and black eyes stared daggers at me. “And I would do it again because it made you mine,” he hissed, snapping his teeth at me.
My resolve as a human had been unwavering. But my resolve as a vampire would be unyielding…

“Trust me, little rose. Then and only then will I be all yours and you finally all mine.”
“I belonged to you the moment I caught you in my arms at the ball. I will belong to you forever, my sweet rose.”
Real love isn’t a prison or possessive. It’s an open field and understanding.
“I wanted you the moment I saw you dance, little bird. And I never want to dance without you,”
“The only curse I’ve ever lived is the one where you weren’t a part of my life. Come back to me, sweet rose,” he purred.
“I’d give up one thousand years to spend one mortal life with you. You’re our daylight, my dark beauty. Come home to us.”
