We get caught up in our future and our past, and end up ignoring the only real component of time: the present.
You do not need to be who you were 5 seconds ago. It’s up to you. Take responsibility for every choice you make.
By giving excess importance and power to events or people, you make them seem bigger than they are. You disrupt the balance of nature, which only brings more obstacles and challenges in your reality.
If there was just one item in front of you, you’re more likely to engage with it in a deeper, more meaningful way. By letting go, you’re letting in.
Following the path of least resistance is simple. Give it your best but go to sleep easily at night. Have intention and be responsible but understand that you’re merely a guest in this world.
Yielding to simplicity in every aspect of life can have tremendous benefits for developing clarity and focus on your manifesting journey. Life doesn’t need to be complicated. It doesn’t need to be scattered and all over the place. If you so choose, it can be simple.
Personal development requires a temporary loss of status.
There is a psychological term known as the “negativity bias.” It means that we humans are hard-wired for negativity, and we are more motivated to avoid pain than we are to pursue pleasure. We dwell, regret, and worry about the negative aspects of life. Most of our attention and energy goes to the negative.
