Oh, the over-confidence of youth, before the hammer and anvil of time and reality have beaten us into whatever shape society demands.
Doing as I was told was never any fun, adventures always start off the beaten path.
I am who I am, and fuck trying to pretend otherwise.
There is little in this world as cruel as children on the cusp of adulthood, and girls are usually worse than boys.
Fear is speculation more often than it is truth. The truth is almost never as terrifying as imagination makes it seem. Almost never.
I have ever been one to court danger when angry and the call of the void whispers strongly in my ears.
We were just the weapons, and a dagger does not feel guilt over the flesh it parts.
It's an oddity, but people tend to lower their voices in the dark. A natural instinct to be as discreet as possible.
