consciousness in his love, we become like him. In the words of Paul: “We all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory.”[25] The more we gaze on God’s face in prayer as Moses did on the mountain, the more our lives will begin to reflect that very glory in the valley below.
