You Are a Goddess: Working with the Sacred Feminine to Awaken, Heal and Transform

The feminine paradigm has not only been undervalued and disrespected: it has, from a spiritual perspective, been suppressed, traumatized and violated.

You are not a problem to be solved.

Your accomplishments – the real ones – are those that are forged within the fires of your sacred inner world.

You are supported. You are loved without condition. You are seen. You are heard. You are safe.

There is no need to fear, because apparent losses transition into light-filled new beginnings.

‘I am doing the best I can. I am an innocent child of love. I forgive myself for all my mistakes.’

Imagine if every woman on this Earth woke up tomorrow without any concept of wrongness about her body. Imagine if every woman and girl woke up tomorrow without any sense of inadequacy or self-judgement.

Imagine if every woman woke up tomorrow with her mind wiped clean from the relentless, systematic attack upon the female body that has been endured for centuries. Imagine if all the women in the world woke up with total amnesia about the lies that have been perpetrated about the female body and its beauty, power and wisdom.

Anger needs to be expressed without shame. It needs to be the fuel for powerful female (and sacred feminine) resurgence.

Through releasing my anger, I allowed in love.

This doesn’t mean that as a passionate woman you no longer need a lover but that you no longer confuse desperate, empty, attention-fuelled and fear-induced neediness with consciously embodied female need.

You are your own Beloved, first and foremost.

What I have come to realize is that it is not my business whether or not another person changes, or grows, or is what I would dream them to be. Spiritual practice is, of course, accepting a person and the path they choose.

She digs deep, and when she needs to dig deeper, she finds resources she never knew she had.

When her ego says this is all wrong, it should be happening faster, better, more spectacularly – she calmly turns to the voice of her soul.

Ask to be shown, and then make sure that you show up.

Every healing step you take creates a ripple effect across the universe.

The perfect moment is always now.

This really is where you are meant to be. You have wonderful soul work to give here. You have beautiful relationships to enjoy here. You are the answer to many people’s prayers.

‘Know yourself to be strong, capable, wise, intuitive, soulful and deep.

She begins to live with the wolves, the moon, the trees, the soil, the ocean and the stars again.

Deep women are called into emitting the light of their beings to stir the dulled memories of a blinded humanity that has lost its way.
