These six experiences and their hijacked forms are the constructs that answer the question “Why do I stay?” The work required to dismantle the experiences is intensely unrelenting. Though it pains me to say this, they are only part of the battle. But these elements within you are not merely self-perpetuating; they are influenced by the systems that surround you.
