‘Our Father who art in heaven’ reminds us of our duty to love our neighbor because we are all children of the one Father. This is very true, but the holy Fathers go a step further and say that these words invite us to raise our minds and hearts to our heavenly Father and remind us of our filial obligation to walk in God’s presence from moment to moment.
