The young padawans learn as they go, sometimes making huge mistakes and at other times achieving minor wins. Without a system in place, they lack discipline and organization. Arriving late for meetings, making suppliers wait for hours to catch up with them, coming to work at no fixed times are some of the lapses and luxuries that come with being a part of a family business.
