I slowly released my breath, searching for calm, reaching into a quiet place as my yoga instructor had been yammering at me to do.
Not at all scriptural to turn to yoga methods to find peace or calmness . We're to turn too the God of Peace, trust and obey Him. Then we won't need anything else to be at peace.
