Go about your day “love bombing” your subconscious mind.
Start by taking some deep belly breaths. Belly breaths are ones that lift your stomach instead of your chest. Imagine you’re breathing down into your legs. Breathe in until you feel full, hold it for a few seconds, and then breathe out slowly. As you’re breathing in, I want you to imagine that you’re inside a waterfall of white light. The bright light is falling from high above. The water is illuminated with a brilliant intensity. Feel it pouring over the top of your head and down your arms and legs. On each in-breath say to yourself, “I love myself.” Hold for a few seconds, and then, as you

Remember, it’s not forever. Everything changes, and this storm will pass.
Everyone has those days where you just want to hit the snooze button and stay under the covers. Those low points are to be expected. Prepare for them and promise yourself that you’ll keep moving forward whenever they occur.

Far from being a curse, anxiety can be your teacher. It can help you grow and develop as a wiser, stronger and more compassionate human. I know this can be hard to see when you’re feeling so “broken” right now, but if you allow it time, your cracks can mend and you can feel whole again.

In his book Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain, he explains how exercise is as effective in reducing depression as taking the most commonly prescribed antidepressant, Zoloft.
People who don’t exercise are much more prone to anxiety and depression.
Keep getting up, keep pushing out, keep demanding more. That’s the very fastest way to get your life back.
Don’t doubt yourself or the process. Simply trust that it’s working, and over a short period of time, you’ll start to feel a whole lot better.
Remember, recovery is not the absence of sensations. It’s about living life regardless of what sensations are present and not letting those sensations get in the way of what you want to do. Eventually over time those sensations fall away all by themselves because you no longer pay them any heed.
The only way out is through. Of course, there will be setbacks along the way, but as long as you understand that these setbacks are a key part of the recovery process, they won’t hinder you.
Time is your most precious resource. Don’t waste any more of it on anxiety. Life is waiting for you—go out and join it! I dare you to. You’ve been away too long. Barry McDonagh
