This is the region of space out as far as it resembles the observable universe we see today (which may extend a very long way indeed—far beyond our horizon). But if we inhabit a pocket universe10 there would be a boundary somewhere, far, far away, beyond which things would look very different. There would, however, be other pocket universes scattered far and wide in this region beyond, some resembling ours, but most of them not.
