Dr. Suzanne Humphries’ book Dissolving Illusions: Disease, Vaccines and the Forgotten History18 details the documented history and was vital in helping me understand that, while vaccines may have had a small impact for some diseases, it was really improved sanitation, clean water, the flush toilet, and refrigeration that was responsible for the virtual disappearance of most of the deadly diseases.
While a vaccine may reduce your chance of getting the specific disease for which you are vaccinating, it seems to also make you more vulnerable to all other infections. And that’s something you really ought to know.
Compared to the vaccinated, when we recover from childhood infections like measles, mumps, rubella, chicken pox, and influenza, we are less likely to develop allergies, cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases, and cancer later in life.59 60 61 62 63 64 65 66 67 68 69 70 71 72 73 74 75 76 77 78
I recommend checking the Dirty Dozen and Clean Fifteen food lists put out by the Environmental Working Group at EWG.org.
Sometimes a boss or colleague makes work so stressful it may be worth finding another job.
