Even that much may not be within reach, and pupils are not ejected if parents come up short despite their best efforts to pay their share —as long as the parents are loyal members of the sect, in good standing. Parents who are not loyal to the sect are scrutinzed and treated more harshly. The administration is loathe to accomodate such folks —essentially subsidizing their tuitions— if they aren’t toeling the party line and “giving back” in some way.
