“Let me make myself crystal fucking clear, little thing.” My eyes widened at the ease with which he’d cussed. “Out of all the dangers awaiting you in my court, I’m the one you’ll need to be protected from.”
Unfortunately, he was also even more handsome. His regal cheeks could carve hearts in half, after his lone dimple and pretty blond hair were done tricking them. But it was his eyes, a glowing bronze with crumbs of emerald, that truly ensnared.
Faerie or human, I was now a grown princess. A princess promised to a court of beings far more frightful than my dour moods and haunting presence.
“No more little thing?” “Certainly not with tits that huge.”
“Prince, I’ve already told you…” My eyes narrowed on the towel as if it were a hidden trap in the woods. “If you wish to touch me, all you need to do is ask.” “I don’t like asking, and I don’t like you.” My laughter was genuine. “You’ve made that abundantly clear.”
“Dreaded Mildred.” Atakan slid his teeth over his lip, and swallowed. “You’re dripping all over my hand.”
“You really shouldn’t have given me that.” He nipped my earlobe. “Never will I let you forget it.”
“Remove your hands, or I’ll remove them from your body and make you eat them.”
“I’ve ruined your innocence with my fingers. Now I want to stretch and stuff you with my cock until tears leave your eyes and your defiant mouth can’t form words.”
“Show me just how much you loathe me, my prince.”
“Prove it,” he said. “Come on my cock before I fill your pretty cunt and leave you dripping on these sacks.”
I’d never wanted this. This treacherous life. This betrothal. The heartless prince. Yet I couldn’t deny that a part of me now did.
King Vane. The Unseelie king.
“Our enemy stole my father’s heart, so now we must steal our enemy’s.” There was a pause before he said, “Prince Atakan’s heart, to be precise.”
rubbed it between his fingers. “Hair of pure sunshine and eyes of emerald.” His own eyes lifted from the strands to mine. “I desperately want to kiss you.” If it weren’t for the heat clouding his eyes and drenching his voice, I wasn’t sure I would have believed him. Still, I asked, “Because of your curse?” “Because I want to.”
“Better run, dread. If I reach you before you make it to my chambers, I’ll take your surrender wherever I find you.” I didn’t ask any questions nor linger. Victorious, I smiled as I stood. And then I ran.
Fingers squeezed my chin. “Breathe for me, dread.” Atakan exhaled into my mouth. His pace turned frenzied, the bed frame protesting. “Only for me.” Then he tensed.
I wanted to find this egg and smack the prince in his pretty face with it. I wanted to find it, then find him, and impale myself on his cock while I took my anger out on his perfect lips.
He’d murdered his own father. The Seelie king was dead. Atakan was now the uncrowned king of Ethermore.
