With each word spoken, Kai’s eyes gleamed brighter, and blue smoke began filling the room. Sascha was tempted to ask if all this was going to set off his apartment’s smoke alarm, but he wasn’t sure he was allowed to say anything non-demony during the bonding.

“The TV can teach us how to cook?” Sascha sighed before pressing a kiss to Kai’s lips. “Never underestimate the power of television, Kai. Never.”
