The Genuine Flow

The fact that we meet opposition and hindrances does not justify our turning back and not going on for God. We must go on! We must give out the word of God regardless of obstacles along the way. Our Lord Jesus Christ told us to expect this. He said, “. . . In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). The apostle Paul said, “. . . We must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God” (Acts 14:22). We cannot turn back because of tribulation. Paul knew he was going to Rome. He had had a word of wisdom from the Lord about this. God had told Paul he “must bear witness also at Rome.” He believed what God had said regardless of circumstances, regardless of obstacles in his way.
