“Worth it all.” “What?” I asked. “You. You were worth everything.”
“Don’t worry about me, my love. I can fuck you with one hand.”
Every time was better than the last, and I constantly craved the next kiss, the next touch, the next fuck.
Milla was a love that stemmed and grew and bloomed from my very soul. One with roots that tangled into everything I was.
I love you Camilla Mercy Marchese-Attano. I can’t even remember a time now that I didn’t love you. Even when you hated me, I realize now I was always so incredibly enthralled by you.”
“I’ll tell you every day, until our last sunrise. And even then, when we cross the veil, I’ll whisper it through the void until my voice fills Oblivion. I love you, Camilla.”
“Show them all your malice, princess. You are a daughter of Chaos, and you have nothing and no one to hide from anymore. Trust yourself. Trust your fire.” He kissed my knuckles before taking a deliberate step back, my fingers slipping from his touch. “I love you.”
She imagined you wearing your mask while you were on top of her in bed. A fantasy I could have gone the rest of my life not seeing. Happy?”
“Don’t let them take your fire, Milla.” “But you are my fire, Nico.”
“You never needed me, my love. You’re enough all on your own. It’s time they all realized the same.”
“I’m your selfish bastard, Milla.” Cold lips grazed my wild pulse, speaking to the flutter of my heart. “I’ll take whatever you give me, as long as you’ll have me.”
We started our next story how we started our last—at the House of Bane.
