I tended to come on too strong about what I wanted in a relationship, what I was looking for, who I was looking for, and how I wanted my life to go within the next two to five years. Apparently for some men, if you tell them that too soon— they’re turned off and have a lot of rude and choice words about how they deem as you being desperate as hell.
