They got on a plane, flew back to Chicago, and rescheduled the meeting. When they returned to London two weeks later, they were treated royally, had everyone’s full attention, and landed a very substantial new account.
tip- we need to present to all the stakeholders. some times it is hard to judge responses and win rate is very low. so ask for all the stakeholders to be present on the call.
