Perhaps there was at least one simple truth in the world: Saffron would forever be madly in love with Cylvan dé Tuatha dé Danann.
“What is he supposed to do all by himself?” Saffron said tightly. “He’s the Prince of Alfidel, Saffron. Who else has any power to do anything?”
“You’re… Taran mac Delbaith?” Saffron emphasized. “Yes. I don’t know how you’ve done this, beantighe, but it’s me, alright.”
