The hospital was a mess; there were leftover medical devices and body parts in laboratory jars; there was even a corpse in the basement morgue.
I am pressing F to doubt. Cadavers get transferred out of morgues to funeral homes when no longer in need of study or examimation. Hospitals keep records of what's in the morgue and why. If this hospital was long-closed, this was a very serious oversight. Refrigeration doesn't delay decomposition indefinitely.
