Lykor frequently wondered how decay hadn’t overrun the fortress. Perhaps there was residual druidic magic he couldn’t detect. Everything about the keep was exotic, but equipped as if the former stewards had simply vanished. The druids left behind rugs, tapestries, weapons, and even armor to accommodate shifting into their dragon forms. It was almost as if this place waited for new masters, frozen in time.
