“I’ll dance with you, mama.” Harvey licked his lips, checking out the brown skin goddess. “Can you even dance?” She snorted, folding her arms under her perky breasts. “Hell nah,” he admitted. “I can stand still though, and you can throw that big juicy booty on me.” “Boy bye, yo white ass probably got a lil dick,” she retorted, causing her friends to cackle loudly. “See, that’s where you mistaken, mama. Hunter was a replica of her mother, and looking at her was a reminder of everything he lost, everything she stole from him. Snatching his eyes away from her, he picked up the gin bottle off the table and took a swig.

Nite, like his name, was the color of a beautiful night sky. His dark skin had a shimmer of its own, and under the moonlight, he was practically invisible. If it weren’t for the pearly whites, Nite would have moved around the yard unnoticed. Dai, on the other hand, was just as yellow as a summer sunrise. His golden sun-kissed skin was covered in tattoos, giving his girl-like features a rougher appearance.
