But training should not be forced on people. It should be offered only when they actively seek it out and are willing to pay in kind or cash to obtain it. Grameen borrowers, for example, do look for training. They might want to read the numbers in their passbooks, for example, or figure out what amounts have been paid and how much remains to be paid back.
