Ik heb het luisterboek geluisterd.
Het boek bestaat uit 13 boeken, en valt officieel uiteen in twee delen, maar valt voor mij uiteen in drie delen.
Het eerste deel (boek 1-5) zou ik graag aanbevelen aan anderen die wat willen lezen van Augustinus. Augustinus schrijft in deze boeken over zijn jeugd, over vrienden en verleiding, maar ook over hoe je God kan vinden. Dit deel is het meest toegankelijk, Augustinus laat hier zien dat hij een mens is, bijvoorbeeld door heel herkenbaar kattekwaad uit te ...more

Misschien wel het beste boek ooit!
Een van de beste boeken ooit geschreven. Zo'n boek waarbij je nog weet waar je het precies las en je passages die veel indruk maakten nog goed kunt verbeelden.
