Ravenskya Sorry, had to pick two that weren't on the list... Pratchett is one of my favorite fantasy authors.

Fantasy is my favorite. I love mystical creatures - fairies, brownies, unicorns, dragons, loch ness, mermaids, even bigfoot. I could go on forever because I wish they were real - I think we would all be better for it. Everything is so much less than peaceful. I would rather be distracted, preferably by something with wings!

Abby I LOVE FANTASY!!

J-Lynn Van Pelt I didn't see any of Robin Hobb's books on the list. The Assassin's Apprentice trilogy is awesome.

ITS A GOOD BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

message 6: by Taylor (new)

Taylor Fun fantasy book. It takes you to another world and lets you leave this one for awhile. Well written.

Wait...where's William Nicholson? He's my favorite fantasy author. I haven't read anything that measures up to his "Wind on Fire" trilogy.
