Felicity/ Pippa are lesbian, although you don't find out until The Sweet Far Thing. Some people say this was hinted at in the earlier books... personally, I didn't see it.

Pippa and Felicity are revealed to be in love with each other in later books

I like to believe Cinna is gay.

That is what I want to know."
I mean,it has been a while since I've read the series but I don't remember there being any LGBT characters.

I think Kissing Kate does but I'm not entirely sure since I haven't read it.

Adaptation and Empress of the World both feature that.

Do these have any LGBT themes or characters? I don't think so, but not sure, so if someone could confirm or deny, that would be helpful....

the book thief definitely does not have any lgbtq in it at all sadly. I don't know about the other three since I haven't read them. Yet.

I think Katniss is ace/demi and that is what they are referring to

I don't agree be..."
I totally understand what you are saying -and think it's really sweet that the glbt elements of the book has reached you and so many readers- but I think the reason some people don't feel The Mortal Instruments fits is because it's not a main character's struggle, nor is it related the ultimate plot line. Books like that might better fit lists like:
-Books with Queer Secondary Characters
-YA fantasy/sf novels with major LGBTQ Characters
etc. Pretty sure there is more out there like this? Hopefully!
It's one of those things where I'd personally list it here if the themes had a 50% or more of the stage. ...But that's just me! XP I like to think of who will be using this list and what their expectations will be. (that being said I'm happy with any book that even has a background gay couple, but some want more)

I agree with Netta - The Book Thief has no LGBT+ characters. The Selection series doesn't either (At least so far - books 1 - 3). Hope this helps! :)
