Qiana Whitted Awww, I feel bad. I've only started one of these and the rest I've been meaning to read. Can I have until December to vote?!

message 2: by Ksab (new)

Ksab Well- I "voted" on the "Girl Who Fwll From the Sky " because it looks the most interesting to me-Haven't read any of these books but plan to-ksab

message 3: by Jean (new)

Jean I've read The Girl Who Fell From the Sky and I have the Pearl Cleage on my nightstand. Must taste a few of the others.

message 4: by Ernestine (new)

Ernestine I haven't read any of these books. How are they selected?

A friend read Wench and said it was "painful book but would possibly invoke long and good discussion.."

I have to be in a mood for a painful book. I like Pearl Cleage but have not read her in awhile.

I would want to know something about all of the books before I voted.

J For those who are really interested in Black History, please check out my non-profit educational organization. It's called the Black-a-Day Project.
