"The Arthur C. Clarke Award is given for the best science fiction novel first published in the United Kingdom during the previous year. The award was established with a grant given by Sir Arthur C. Clarke and the first prize was awarded in 1987 to Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale."

Mitchell Anyone want to explain why Frankenstein, Animal Farm, Slaughterhouse Five, 2010, Stranger in a Strange Land and Lord of the Flies and Drowning Towers are on this list? I'll look further to see if I can find any explanation and then I will delete them.

Mitchell Drowning Towers was originally The Sea and Summer - so they are the same book.
