This is a hard one because I just have an inheritance shelf so my terms of the will are mixed in there.

You got me on this one! I cannot remember any book on this topic! This means that I haven't read any such book as my "hard disk" and book memory is to be feared(IF i have read the book!)

I want to read mooooooore but reality is a nasty impediment!
