James Joyce Blood Pact is set in Kingston. The Toronto sleuth's mother lived there and she comes to solve her mother's murder.

With Summon the Keeper, the entire series (or, at least, more of them) is set in Kingston, at least partially.

The Memoirs of... is set, at least partially, in historical Kingston.

In Death of a Sunday Writer, the protagonist comes from Kingston and has memories about/references to it.
