Ilaria Atella Also the Six of Crows duology by Leigh Bardugo, it has a disabled main character (he's crippled), POC characters who are really important in the story, a dyslexic character and anpther who has ADHD, furthermore there are two women in the main group who have agency and are really well characterized!
