Books published for children that feature trans children. Books must not be picture books or early reader books (i.e, I Am Jazz), but complete chapter books. They also must not be aimed at a high school or young adult audience (i.e, Parrotfish).

Rainbowheart Removed Other Kids Are Kids Almost Just Like You, which is a picture book.

Also, I didn't take it off, but The Art of Being Normal is definitely being marketed as YA here in the States. The MCs are 14 and 15 in high school, one is dating and the sexual aspects of that are described, they get drunk, etc.


Lavoie Lianne (The Towering Pile) I haven't read it, but from what I've read about it, The Boy in the Dress is not about a trans kid. It's about a boy who likes to wear dresses.
