As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will bring your creative, analytical and project management capabilities to plan, implement and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
You will be a self-starter who is able to think big and creatively while paying careful attention to detail. A successful candidate must be able to work at the strategic level (using customer behavior to generate bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (optimizing campaigns with merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).

Responsibilities will include:
· Lead marketing campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
· Own marketing offers from partner teams (Kindle Unlimited, Prime Reading) to Goodreads members.
· Lead marketing and communications strategy for Goodreads product launches and brand marketing programs.
· Develop product positioning and customer-facing messaging.
· Establish and own reporting of key metrics to the leadership team.
